Disclaimer

For the purpose of accessibility, all of our Bodylistics® videos are working with a basic model of anatomy, carrying the intention of helping you understand the principle of structure in movement. They are NOT intending to teach you anatomy on a vocational level. For the sake of explaining such movement concepts in simplicity, not everything shown here is aimed at total anatomical accuracy, but is much more shown to illustrate structural content on a model, and how this can serve as an underlying idea to facilitate a fluid movement concept. For further anatomy education, please always complement your knowledge and anything shown with consulting your anatomy books and in-depth resources.
